Nicole Stewart

Nicole Stewart has been a Realtor since 2022 and quickly established herself as a strong producer, closing approximately $28 million in volume over the past 12 months and over $100 million throughout her career. Just after reaching her two-year mark in real estate, Nicole earned her Broker’s License, reflecting her drive to continue growing and elevating the level of service she provides. She joined City of Trees because of its strong reputation throughout the Treasure Valley and the support it provides its agents, helping create smoother, more efficient transactions for clients. 

Nicole’s favorite part of real estate is being invited into some of life’s biggest milestone moments. Whether helping someone buy a new home or guiding a seller through their next move, she values the trust her clients place in her. She also has a genuine passion for negotiation and takes pride in advocating for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome. With a natural background in sales and relationship-building, Nicole believes success is about much more than closing a deal. It is about understanding people, creating meaningful connections, and building relationships that last.

Nicole relocated to the Treasure Valley in 2013 and loves the friendly, welcoming feel of the community. She recently got married and has two children in high school, along with three dogs, Skippy, Bear, and Divot.  Outside of real estate, Nicole is rarely sitting still. She enjoys running the foothill trails, mountain biking, spending time along the Boise River, traveling, and making memories with her family.
