Jessica Poole

Jessica Poole is a Realtor with City of Trees who brings a strong client-focused background shaped by more than seven years in the insurance industry. Her experience as a Licensed Insurance Producer and Insurance Adjuster, along with specialized training in property risk evaluation and claims assessment, has given her a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. Jessica chose City of Trees for its exceptional systems, coaching, and supportive team environment, allowing her to serve clients with confidence, care, and professionalism.

What Jessica loves most about real estate is the opportunity to connect with people and help them navigate an important new chapter in their lives. She is a natural listener, quick learner, and hands-on problem solver who takes the time to understand each client’s needs and priorities. Her goal is to make every transaction feel organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible while ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Originally a Georgia girl, Jessica spent several years on the road for her husband’s union job, exploring cities nationwide. When they arrived in Idaho, the traveling stopped. It was, hands down, the best place they had seen in the U.S. Having finally put down permanent roots. Jessica now proudly calls Idaho home. She and her husband share three wonderful daughters, including one who has started a family of her own back in Georgia as well as a delightfully plump orange cat named Itty Bitty.

Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, and taking in Idaho's beautiful scenery. She believes strongly in supporting local businesses, participating in community events, and being a welcoming presence in the place she now calls home.
